Ensure sufficient postage before posting your mail

Customers are reminded to ensure sufficient postage has been paid for all mail items tendered for posting at post offices / street posting boxes.

Please note that with effect from 1 March 2010 (Monday), all airmail items bearing insufficient postage will be sent by surface route without prior notification. If the postage paid cannot cover the surface rate, the concerned item will be charged on delivery with the amount of deficiency plus an additional fee.
