Posting Arrangements and Designated Post Offices

1. Definition of personal local letter: Sending by an individual and bearing the name and local personal address of both the sender and addressee
2. Weight limit : 50g or less
3. Address format : "Personal Letter" must be marked on the envelope
4. Quantity restriction: Each person is allowed to post only one personal letter for free
5. Acceptance hours: During counter business hours of the designated post offices
6. Delivery standard: Following the pledge set for locally posted letter
7. Special posting boxes are available at the following post offices:

General Post Office	Tsim Sha Tsui Post Office	Tsuen Wan Post Office
King's Road Post Office	Kwun Tong Post Office	Shatin Central Post Office

Note : The items posted in the mentioned special drop boxes will be datestamped with "Postage Paid".
