A Society for All Souvenir Cover Issuing Ceremony cum Award Presentation

The Postmaster General, Mr Luk Ping-chuen, announced today (September 24) that there would be no mail delivery on October 1, 2002 (National Day). All post offices would also be closed.

However, one mail collection would be arranged for all posting boxes except those which are located on outlying islands and in remote areas.
