Deliveries of letters and parcels to Nepal disrupted

The Assistant Postmaster General (Postal), Mrs. Joanna CHOI, announced today (July 4) that the postal administration of Nepal had advised that due to insurgency in the country, deliveries of letters and parcels are suffering disruption, particularly in the following districts:-
Achlam Dadeldhura Dopla Jumla Rolpa

Baitadi Dailekh Humla Mugu Rukum

Bajura Darchula Jajarkot Pyuthan Salyan

The delivery of Speedpost items, however, is not affected.

A further announcement will be made when the situation resumes normal.
